Dr. Vels has been educated in Germany as a Master in Geology and holds a PhD in Natural Sciences from the University at Muenster, Germany He is „Competent Person” according to JORC and NI43-101 for resource and reserve calculations and he prepared together with his team more than 35 feasibility Studies. Dr. Vels has accumulated over 43 years of mining experience in every mining region on the globe and is one of the most experienced and best-known German mining experts.
