Horton’s Exploration Project East of Tenterfield

SBI AG is currently investigating whether it is possible to mine the gold-bearing Timbarra granites near Tenterfield without the use of chemicals so that no surface waters are endangered. The gold-bearing ores are to be extracted in a quarry and only ground into small pieces with ore mills. From the rock flour produced in this way, the gold contained is then to be washed out only with water in a closed circuit and by natural gravity. SBi AG will inform the Clarence Catchment Alliance and the citizens of Tenterfield of its further plans and seek their approval. Tests are currently at the laboratory stage.

Opening of a new sales office at Ludwigstraße 9 in 80539 Munich

On 1 April 2021, SBI AG moved into a new sales office at Ludwigstraße 9 in 80539 Munich. This makes the long-planned representation of SBI AG in the representative environment in the heart of the Bavarian capital a reality. In the period from 1.4. until 31.8. the new office is still operated from the home office. From 1.9.2021, however, it will be staffed. This new sales office in Munich will become SBI’s permanent presence in the Munich area.

SBI-AG establishes subsidiary in Canada

After a long period of preparation, the Canadian subsidiary “SBI Sons of Bavaria Investment Canada Ltd” was founded. The new company entered into an earn-in agreement with the well-known Canadian prospector Perry MacKinnon in Nova Scotia on March 1, 2020. The agreement enables SBI-Canada to acquire up to 100% of the shares in two ore deposits in Nova Scotia over the next four years.

SBI-AG of Germany has signed an Option Agreement effective 2nd March, 2020, that entitles SBI-AG to aquire 100% ownership of two mineral properties in Nova Scotia, Canada via a new Canadian Subsidiary Company. The option agreement provides for an undisclosed payment in cash and in stock to the current owner, Mr. Perry McKinnon.
